You need to be able to do this
You should meet these requirements
- Several years' experience
- Identifying and resolving potential roofing issues
- Knowledge of roofing, carpentry and sheet metal work would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is desirable
- Practical understanding
- Ability to read and understand building plans and drawings

These are your responsibilities
These roles are waiting for you
- Requesting, obtaining and reviewing drainage calculations, fall protection measures, wind load calculations and gradient designs
- Checking tender documents for feasibility and practicality
- Clarifying technical ambiguities with the client
- Calculating material requirements, particularly for green roofs
- Preparing documentation in collaboration with site managers
