You need to be able to do this
You should meet these requirements
- Training in the main construction sector, with further qualifications as a master craftsman or construction technician / civil engineer
- Experience in managing multi-trade construction sites
- Experience in managing staff
- A team player
- Knowledge of the VOB
- Willingness to travel
These roles are waiting for you
- Supervision, management and coordination of the construction site and compliance with building regulations during the construction phase
- Coordination and checking of material deliveries and orders
- Allocation and supervision of staff and subcontractors on site
- Acceptance of works, liaising with regulatory authorities and surveyors on site
- Surveying work / preparation of measurements / preparation of planning documents
- Project billing in EAP software (M-Soft)
- Checking and approving invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
