Responsibilities
- 1st Level support in the service points (BMT, study center) as well as ticketer registration/processing
- Receipt of user questions with subsequent incident resolution
- Support for account issues, cloud, email, mobile signature, calendar, WLAN, VPN, 2-factor authentication (2FA)
- Analysis and correction of computer errors (Windows operating systems) incl. basic/security configurations
- Functional testing of EDR, virus protection and firewall on mobile devices
Admission Requirements
Advanced or completed education, or an equivalent qualification (school-based or self-initiated IT knowledge) in the IT field or a related discipline
Language skills: German and English
Desired Qualification
- Good knowledge of clients: Windows, possibly Android/iOS/Linux
- Knowledge of end-user programs (Office, mail client, web browser) and network services
- Distinct technical and organizational understanding of processes in the IT environment and pleasure in support
- Commitment, initiative and a service-oriented way of working
- Applications from students (e.g. in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field) are also welcome
- Good knowledge of German and English

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 41,666.80 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
