Your Mission
As Engineer Bike & Parts, you will play a key role in developing innovative bicycle components, assemblies, and accessories that help athletes and riders perform at their best.

You will:

• Lead the engineering and development of bicycle components and assemblies from concept through production release.
• Drive development projects while balancing performance, quality, manufacturability, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Develop, validate, and optimize bicycle components, assemblies, and accessories.
• Create advanced 3D CAD models and technical documentation using SolidWorks.
• Manage projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to industrialization.
• Define validation plans, evaluate test results, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and testing facilities across Europe and Asia.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products, platforms, and engineering processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, product development, or bicycle engineering.
• Advanced SolidWorks expertise, including complex part, assembly, and surface modelling.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle systems, engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
