Role Description
As you are responsible for leading raw material supply chain projects with a focus on quality, cost, delivery, and design improvements. Supporting both local and global operations, this role ensures supplier readiness, drives continuous improvement, and supports lifecycle and new product introductions (NPIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize supplier performance and material quality
• Manage complex supplier investigations and implement corrective actions
• Evaluate supplier capacity and mitigate potential risks to ensure supply continuity
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and technical expertise in injection molding and tooling
• Support design changes and NPIs in collaboration with R&D and operations teams
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Partner with global sites and stakeholders to align on supply chain initiatives and share best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing (medical device industry preferred)
• Expertise in injection molding, tooling, materials, GD&T, and metrology
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Proficient in English & DutchÂ
