Job description
- You will actively support the management in administrative, organisational and project-related activities
- You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes and coordinating follow-up tasks
- In addition, you will create and review relevant documents and presentations
- As an interface, you will communicate efficiently with internal and external contacts
- In addition, you will plan appointments, travel and events and ensure efficient process organisation
- Your tasks also include maintaining master data, creating assignment and project descriptions, processing complaints and monitoring deadlines and customer responses
- Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and maintaining confidential and labour law documentation are also part of your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training
- You have initial professional experience in assistance, for example as a team assistant (m/f/d) or service agent (m/f/d), preferably in the commercial sector
- Good written and spoken German skills speak for you
- Organisational skills, initiative and strong communication skills
- You are confident in using MS Outlook and ideally other Office applications
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with employment law and organisational topics
- Discretion and loyalty in dealing with confidential information are a matter of course for you
