AI Program Manager Global PM (m/f/d)

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations work, make decisions, and create business value. As an AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in advancing this transformation within Global Project Management at Nordex. Working at the interface between business, technology, and management, you will help drive AI initiatives from both a strategic and organizational perspective

YOUR TASKS

• Build and maintain a structured overview of existing and planned AI initiatives across the organization
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance
• Coordinate AI projects and foster collaboration between business functions, regions, AI experts, and other stakeholders
• Develop a strong internal network and promote knowledge sharing across AI communities and expert groups
• Prepare management presentations, status reports, and decision-making materials on AI activities and their progress
• Support the further development of the AI strategy by contributing best practices, insights, and new ideas
• Promote the adoption and responsible use of AI through communication, knowledge transfer, and guidance for business functions

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Transformation Management within an international environment
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools and AI applications, including their practical use in a professional setting
• Good technical understanding of AI technologies, data environments, and common business use cases
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills, combined with the confidence to engage stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken; German and additional languages are considered an advantage
