Working closely with our operational and marketing teams, the Markets team ensures operational excellence and optimal localization of our e-commerce business across all markets.
If you know the Portuguese market by heart, understand key business drivers, and are passionate about e-commerce and eager to learn more about scaling a business locally, you are the perfect match! Previous experience in e-commerce or project management is a plus.
As an Assistant Operations Manager Portugal (m/f/d), you will support the Operations Manager in localizing content to ensure our global strategy resonates with the Portuguese market. You will help keep daily operational KPIs on track, work closely with different teams, and gain the opportunity to learn about various areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Localization of marketing campaigns for the Portuguese audience
- Translation of various texts from English into Portuguese (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
- Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
- Quality assurance of our website
- Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
- Market analyses and development
Requirements
Native-level competence in Portuguese (Portugal), both spoken and written
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Work experience in business development, project management, or logistics is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
