• Lead regional market development planning for automation solutions, including pricing, reimbursement, and health economics
• Manage the localization of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), budget impact models, and payer tools with affiliates
• Own the development of access deliverables such as local value dossiers, pricing models, and payer engagement tools within assigned regions.
• Develop sales tools and value communication assets to support successful local market launches
• Collaborate (cross-functionally) with regulatory, medical, product management, and marketing teams to align access and lifecycle strategies
• Analyse market trends in pricing and reimbursement and provide strategic guidance on competitive dynamics
• Develop and deliver trainings, provide 2nd-level affiliate support, and drive cross-functional knowledge on topics related to HEOR, access, automation, and compliance
• Define target customer segments and create differentiated value propositions and product positioning
• Support regional marketing leads in access execution, including HTA submissions, pricing strategies, and tender approaches

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Health Policy, or Business with a healthcare focus
• 3–5 years of experience in IVD healthcare market development, pricing & reimbursement, or HEOR - ideally in diagnostics, IVD, or laboratory automation
• Strong knowledge of EMEA reimbursement systems, payer decision-making criteria, and diagnostic automation platforms with their clinical and economic value
• Excellent strategic planning skills and proficiency in economic modeling and developing value communication materials
• Experience in cross-functional project collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM tools
• Self-driven and proactive work approach with openness to mentoring junior colleagues
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region for meetings, conferences, and customer visits
