Who we are
Atlantic Chemicals Trading GmbH is a distributor of raw materials for the food, feed, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. We are headquartered at Hamburg's Rathausmarkt with 45 employees and have 13 additional locations worldwide with a total of around 100 employees. We are a family-run company that is currently transitioning from a traditional medium-sized business to a more structured, professional organisation.
Our marketing team is small but growth-oriented, consisting of the marketing manager and a dual student in the field of social media. In order to take the next step in a targeted manner, we are further expanding our marketing department and creating this new position.

Your role with us
As a Marketing Assistant (m/f/d), you will support the team in its daily marketing activities.
You will be responsible for implementing traditional marketing measures, assisting with trade fair preparations and ensuring that materials, communication and internal processes run smoothly.

Your tasks

• ‍ ‍ Creating, updating and coordinating marketing and sales documents (presentations, brochures, product information)
• Assisting with the organisation of trade fairs and events (materials, logistics, documents)
• Maintaining content on the website and social media
• Support with CRM and lead topics (e.g. data maintenance, lead lists, handovers)
• Coordination with external service providers (graphics, printing, advertising materials)
• Supporting the marketing management team, including covering for absences

Your profile ‍

• Completed commercial training with a focus on marketing or a relevant degree
• Initial experience in marketing, trade fairs or communication
• Organised and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of design, structure and operational implementation
• Very good German skills, good English skills
• Team spirit, openness, hands-on mentality
