IT Business Analyst - Software Solution Osapiens (m/f/d)

As an IT Business Analyst – Software Solution Osapiens you will support the implementation of our innovative solutions for maintenance and field service operations. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system configuration and post-launch support, ensuring smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, SAP environments, and the Osapiens cloud platform, acting as a central point for translating technical and functional requirements into implementable solutions.

YOUR TASKS
• Assisting in IT projects, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and timelines
• Analyzing functional and technical requirements and translating them into clear, structured specifications
• Evaluating implementation effort, timelines, dependencies, and cost-related aspects of system enhancements and integrations
• Preparing decision-relevant documentation to support prioritization and implementation planning
• Coordinating with internal IT teams, external partners, and developers to ensure aligned and efficient implementation
• Configuring systems based on customer needs and supporting custom developments
• Participating in testing phases (integration testing and UAT) to ensure system readiness before go-live
• Providing guidance during go-live and supporting post-implementation stabilization
• Working across SAP and non-SAP environments with diverse industries and markets

YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in IT consulting, application consulting, or IT project environments
• Basic understanding of maintenance and field service processes
• Knowledge of SAP PM, CS, and MM, with a solid understanding of SAP system landscapes
• Ability to understand technical complexity and assess implementation implications
• Experience in translating requirements into actionable and decision-ready documentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and align multiple stakeholders
• Structured, analytical working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
