Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist (d/f/m) to join our Customer Resolution Services Team in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel .

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Participate in and contribute to a high performing Customer Resolution Services Team supporting our customers like airlines, MROs and more based in the EMEA region
Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific Open Order Book
Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to SATAIR products including timely follow up on orders, claims and quotations in accordance with our KPI’s
Strong capability in stakeholder management especially in terms of handling of customer complex queries and addressing pain points
ABOUT YOU
Equipped with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in Customer Service, Sales, Engineering or Logistics , we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
Proactive, customer oriented attitude and working style for internal stakeholders and customers
Ability to understand your customers to develop and propose creative solutions to issues
Self-starter and able to work without constant direction while administering your customer portfolio
English language skills at negotiation level
Experience working with SAP and Freshdesk is an advantage
