As
Customer Success Manager
(gn), work directly with our customers and help them achieve their goals. Your tasks and responsibilites will be:
- Project Management (Ressources, Time, Goals)
- Relationship Management (internal & external stakeholders)
- Strategic Account Management (Expand Business & Footprint)
- Continuously improve own processes
Your profile
Your qualifications:
- Technical understanding & excitement (IIoT, MQTT, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Excellent organisation & execution
- Effective communication in German & English
- Analytical & strategic thinking
- experience in manufacturing and/or consulting
