HAJOK Design, founded in 1997, is one of the leading brand and packaging design agencies in Germany. We are a team of about 45 with very diverse areas of expertise: brand strategy and consulting, naming, packaging design, final artwork, and production support. Focusing on FMCG, HAJOK Design provides design solutions for well-known national and international customers such as Adelholzener, Colgate-Palmolive, Essity, Fressnapf, Kühne Melitta, Rewe und Unilever.

• Creation and implementation of design strategies

• Coordination and supervision of design projects from conception to completion

• Preparing and giving design presentations in both German and English

• Team organisation, motivation and development

• Close cooperation with other departments

• Contact person for clients in all design matters

• Coordination of external partners and suppliers

• Responsibility for the design budget and efficient use of resources

• Identification and integration of relevant design and technology trends – with a particular focus on AI

• Continuously reviewing and improving our design processes to increase quality

• Proven experience in design leadership and strategy development

• Strong team management skills and leadership potential

• Outstanding creative skills and innovative spirit

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Deep understanding of current design and technology trends

• Skilled in using AI tools to enhance concepts, designs, and workflows

• Strong skills in managing budgets and resources

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German & English
