As the Head of Marketing (f/m/d) , you will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for our Marketing & PR department. Collaborating closely with the management, business units, and sales teams, you will ensure that marketing plays a measurable role in the company's growth.
This role goes beyond just strategy, combining clear positioning, demand generation, and thought leadership with operational excellence and team leadership. Your Responsibilities:
Strategy, Brand & Positioning
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing, communication, and PR strategy
Position tecRacer as a leading Cloud and AWS partner
Ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels
Collaborate closely with management and business units to derive strategic marketing goals
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
Overall responsibility for demand generation throughout the customer journey
Plan and execute integrated campaigns with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact
Close alignment of marketing and sales (ICP definition, campaign prioritization, lead handovers)
Future development and scaling of Account-Based Marketing approaches for strategic target customers
Thought Leadership, PR & Visibility
Strategically expand the thought leadership positioning
Place experts in industry media, events, and conferences
Develop high-quality content formats (whitepapers, studies, articles, speaker slots)
Manage external PR partners and agencies
Digital, Website & Performance
Enhance the website as a central channel for positioning and demand generation
Utilize market, competition, and trend analyses to optimize messaging and campaigns
Manage external service providers for continuous improvement of content, structure, and performance
Team, Budget & Organization
Lead and develop the marketing team
Responsible for budget planning, prioritization, and efficient resource allocation
Establish scalable marketing processes and clear KPI structures
Job requirements
Must-have
8–10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the Tech, Cloud, or Consulting industry
Demonstrable success in Demand Generation and marketing-driven growth
Experience in close collaboration with Sales organizations
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
Experience in managing external agencies and international campaigns
Excellent English skills (C1), German skills are advantageous
Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or similar
Nice-to-have
Experience in AWS, Cloud, or IT Consulting
Building Account-Based Marketing programs
Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems
International marketing experience in a multinational environment
