Would you like to help people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for warm-hearted and reliable live-in caregivers to support individuals who may have age-related limitations, mild dementia, or restricted mobility – but who do not require intensive medical care.

Your Role: Support in Everyday Life

As a Caregiver & Housekeeper, you will live in the private household of the person you support and make a meaningful impact through:

Household Activities

• Grocery shopping
• Cooking
• Light cleaning and household chores

Everyday Support

• Having conversations
• Providing emotional and social companionship

Social Accompaniment

• Helping with visits from family and friends

• Escorting to doctor’s appointments or events

  ‍♀️ Encouraging an Active Lifestyle

• Supporting daily routines and mobility

• Helping maintain independence

Basic Care Support

• Assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility (No medical tasks – these are handled by professional nursing services)

What We Offer You

⏰ Working Hours & Breaks

• 40 hours per week
• Approx. 6 hours per day (divided across meals), 6 days a week
• One full day off per week

What We’re Looking For

✅ You are caring, empathetic, and responsible ✅ You enjoy working with people and supporting them in everyday life ✅ You are reliable, flexible, and willing to commit for 3–6 months ✅ You speak German at A2 level or higher ✅ You are a career changer or have experience in the social sector (a plus, not a must!)

West – Krefeld/Viersen

• Mönchengladbach/Neuss (Niederkrüchten), Aachen, Bonn/Voreifel (Meckenheim), Münster/Osnabrück (Tecklenburg), Recklinghausen, Märkischer Kreis (Schalksmühle)

Southwest – Kaiserslautern (Wolfstein)

• Rheinhessen/Nahe (Gau-Algesheim), Bad Homburg (Hochtaunus/Wetterau), Fulda/Bad Hersfeld (Buttlar), Freiburg/Herbolzheim (border area)

Southeast – Fürth (near Nuremberg)

• Bamberg/Erlangen (Viereth-Trunstadt), Ansbach, Fulda (eastern), possibly Tecklenburg (border area)

South – Munich

• Munich district/Ebersberg (Baldham), Ravensburg/Grünkraut, Freiburg/Herbolzheim (border area), possibly Fürth (border area)
