What you will do
We are a leading company in the adhesive tape industry, dedicated to innovation and sustainability. Our New Business Development Department leads the way in identifying, incubating, and scaling breakthrough opportunities in new markets.
As a student intern in the Venture Client unit of our New Business Development Department, you will do the following …
- Project Work: Take ownership of projects within the Venture Client unit. Follow the projects from the problem discovery to adoption of solutions and be responsible for communication with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Market analysis: Support the tesa organization by researching and evaluating emerging markets, industries, competitors and startups, aiming to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
- Communication: Promote the Venture Client unit within the tesa organization and to external audiences with events, workshops as well as marketing and communication materials.
- Strategy development: Contribute to the design and implementation of market entry strategies and innovative projects.

What you will need
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, or a comparable field of study
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of initiative, organizational talent, and the ability to work independently
- Strong skills in analyzing and structuring complex data and issues, and enjoying preparing them quickly using common MS Office tools
- Strong enthusiasm for new technologies, trends, and their impact on society
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented and proactive
