As a Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d), you will support our Executive Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen. You will take responsibility for your own section, ensure smooth service operations, and assist with organizing the kitchen team. Your Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations

• Prepare high-quality Mediterranean dishes with passion and precision

• Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours

• Help maintain our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards

• Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory management, and stock control

• Train and onboard new team members and apprentices

• Prepare and organize the mise en place for a smooth service

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and careful handling of all food products

• Support the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and contribute to a positive team culture

What You Bring

• Completed professional training as a Chef

• Several years of experience in a comparable position

• Experience in leading and motivating a kitchen team

• Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style

• A high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility

• Excellent knowledge of HACCP regulations

• Commercial awareness and experience in inventory management

• Resilience, reliability, and a collaborative mindset

• A passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional hospitality
