Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing for various positions within our Tech Unit

• Driving and expanding direct candidate outreach across platforms like Xing, LinkedIn, and others
• Building a talent pipeline and actively maintaining and developing our talent pools
• Developing sourcing strategies for diverse target groups
• Data analysis and preparation of Active Sourcing KPIs

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field of study, or a completed business-related vocational training

• First relevant professional experience in Active Sourcing and proficiency with various sourcing tools
• First experience in structuring and leading interviews
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sharp sense for interacting effectively with individuals across all organizational levels
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as assertiveness and a sociable nature
• Enthusiasm for new, innovative recruiting approaches and channels, including their implementation and further development
