Are you a dedicated individual looking to put your expertise to work fully flexibly in a remote position? Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and creative marketing manager!
Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in this fully remote role. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage product-related processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for advancing innovative therapies.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location/hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including product promotion and sales initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with regional market units to drive business in target customer groups such as hospitals, blood centres, cell and gene therapy labs, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Manage operational processes related to financial planning, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and quality management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including scientific leaders and medical organizations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and communication teams to achieve business objectives.
- Create and support scientific content and results related to products and therapies.
- Conduct sales and customer training for relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support product optimization and development.
- Stay updated on advancements in therapeutic apheresis and cell therapies through self-learning and participation in scientific events.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably within life sciences.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle complex short- and long-term projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Competency in MS Office and openness to new technologies.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 1-3 times annually.
