Performance Media Manager (m/f/x)

The best organic teas can only be as good as the people behind them. To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at Hamburg HQ at the earliest possible date: Performance Media Manager (m/w/x)

Your tasks

Co-Develop and execute retail media strategies across priority EU markets (e.g., UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France)
Plan and manage campaigns across retailer platforms (e.g., sponsored search, display, onsite activations)
Align retail media activity with broader brand, trade marketing, and commercial priorities
Build full-funnel retail media plans to drive awareness, conversion, and basket size
Partner with local sales and key account teams to support retailer priorities, promotions, and new product launches
Define and track KPIs such as ROAS, incremental sales, share of search, conversion rate, and digital shelf performance
Coordinate with global and regional teams to share learnings and best practices

What we expect

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
At least 4 years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, or performance marketing, ideally within CPG, beverage, or wellness sectors
Experienced with retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, supermarket RMNs, CitrusAd, Criteo Retail Media)
A problem-solving, driven and hands-on person with clear and effective communication skills
Familiarity with GDPR and European data/privacy regulations
Experience working across global interdepartmental teams and cultures
Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth through retail media campaigns across multiple European markets
Professional or personal experience with mission-led, sustainable, or organic brands would be a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement, attribution, and budget management
Deep understanding of digital shelf optimization, retailer algorithms, and shopper behavior
Good business understanding and financial skills (P&L, costs centers, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Teams, and how they integrate
Excellence in German and fluency in business English, spoken and written
Resume in English
