Your role
As a Pre-Sales Marketing Specialist at Blockbrain, you are the strategic link between marketing, sales, and pre-sales engineering. Your goal: to design messaging, materials, and packaging for our solutions in such a way that they achieve maximum impact in the buyer journey—from initial interest to deal decision.
You will develop reusable sales assets and use case packages (approx. 65% of the role) and work closely with Product and Pre-Sales on customized customer solutions (approx. 35%).
You will combine strategic understanding, strong communication, and funnel knowledge to make our solutions tangible for CIOs, knowledge leads, and other decision-makers.
Your responsibilities
- You develop sales kits, value propositions, use case sheets, and decks that clearly and convincingly present Blockbrain solutions.
- You will work closely with account executives and pre-sales engineers to develop content that contributes to real customer conversations.
- You standardize the packaging of existing solutions (product variants, target group narratives, benefits) for different industries and buyer personas.
- You support marketing in buyer journey orchestration: You ensure consistency of message, material, and conversion across all funnel stages.
- You will work closely with the product team to translate new features or customer-specific solutions into marketable communication.
- You maintain and analyze assets, funnel performance, and interaction data in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Vanta).
- You bring a clear storytelling structure to a complex tech world that requires explanation.
Your profile
Qualification
Technical
- Experience in B2B SaaS, PreSales Enablement, Technical Marketing, or Solution Marketing.
- High level of communication skills and ability to present complex solutions in a simple, target group-relevant, and impact-oriented manner.
- Familiar with enterprise buyer personas (e.g., CIO, IT management, knowledge owner).
- Confident in using marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Drive, PPT, Figma, etc.
- Business fluent German and English skills.

- Data-driven marketer: You work with conversion data, funnel dashboards, and usage metrics.
