We are looking for a Process Industrialization Manager to improve end-to-end operational performance across Customer Services processes, including A220. The role focuses on process surveillance, audit concepts, data analysis and performance improvement.

Your tasks

• Foster best practices through cross-benchmarking and open communication
• Improve the end-to-end operational performance of Customer Services processes, including A220
• Define and deploy an appropriate audit concept focusing on on-time and on-quality performance
• Define and deploy operational process surveillance within Customer Services, including process adherence and Go Look See
• Analyze data and define Workflow Control Boards across Customer Services processes, including coding such as Python, PySpark, SQL, SLATE, AppSheets and Google Looker Studio
• Perform data analyses to support compliance, performance improvements and decision-making based on quantification and clear facts and figures
• Maintain close contact with key stakeholders within Customer Services and the entire support-domain process community

Your profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or industrial engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in IT or information systems and more than three years in project management
• More than four years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management and quality assurance
• Detailed specialist knowledge of Python and SQL, advanced practical knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of lean management, project management and Total Quality Management problem-solving methods
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in English; German and French are advantageous
• Knowledge of GenAI technologies and experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM) are advantageous; knowledge of PySpark, SLATE, AppSheets and Skywise is also advantageous
• Independent, structured and result-oriented working style, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills at all internal and external management levels as well as a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel within Europe once or twice per month
