Product Manager (m/f/d) Pharma

You want to…

• take on global responsibility for a portfolio of pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, and GMP- and API-grade products.
• use your scientific expertise and market knowledge to actively drive growth in regulated sectors such as pharma, biotech, and CDMO.
• develop global portfolio and lifecycle strategies precisely tailored to market needs and regulatory requirements.
• serve as an internal liaison and provide customers and sales teams with sound technical and scientific advice.
• work closely with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure product documentation and coordinate the launch readiness of new products.
• achieve your portfolio’s revenue and profitability targets through targeted commercial initiatives and market analysis.
• contribute directly your expertise in customer qualifications, audits, and technical evaluations.

We are looking for…

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering.
• at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of excipients, raw materials, or GMP/API production.
• substantial practical experience in a product management role or a comparable cross-functional role in regulated industries.
• a solid understanding of formulation science as well as the relevant QC and QA processes.
• the ability to communicate complex scientific content clearly and translate it into tangible customer value.
• fluency in German and English for working in an international environment.
• willingness to travel to our locations as well as occasional international travel.
