Product Manager (f/m/x) Point of Care Solutions
Your responsibilities
As a Product Manager (f/m/x) Point of Care Solutions in our EMEA organization, you will drive the full lifecycle management of our Point of Care (POC) products and ensure their successful positioning in the market. Acting as a strategic interface between our affiliates, distributors, central functions, and external partners, you translate market insights into impactful product strategies and drive seamless product operations across the region. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of Point of Care products within the EMEA region
- Ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives by translating market requirements into product specifications, conducting product testing, managing releases, and maintaining comprehensive product documentation
- Providing 2nd-level support to affiliates and distributors, and acting as the key liaison with SCORP and external partners for 3rd-level escalations, particularly on product-related matters
- Supporting affiliates and distributors with pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and training—also on end-user level
- Creating, delivering, and maintaining advanced/expert-level product trainings as the main trainer for distributors and affiliates
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications, RA/QA, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Your profile
You will thrive in this role if you are a hands-on, solution-oriented product expert with a strong understanding of point-of-care diagnostics and a passion for driving product excellence. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- A degree in natural sciences, medical sciences, or a related field, with a solid understanding of point-of-care IVD technologies
- At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally with a focus on product management; knowledge of the point-of-care IVD market is a strong advantage
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working in an international environment
- A creative, pragmatic team player with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive effective solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a structured and results-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
