We are looking for a Product Manager – Purchase & Post-Purchase (m/f/d) to join our App & Web team. Our Shop Applications Team continuously improves our app, mobile site, and desktop website and large-scale products visited by millions of users every month. The team’s mission is to deliver the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and user-friendly shopping experience and to constantly redefine the state of the art in customer-centric products.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Product Lead, supporting stakeholder management and actively shaping the ABOUT YOU App team
• Assist in developing app features with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and the QA team, including testing, gathering requirements, and creating development-ready tickets
• Coordinate the product development team by prioritising operational topics, identifying technical dependencies, and evaluating business impact
• Adopt a data-driven approach: use reports and analyses to derive actions consistently aligned with our customers’ needs
• Conceptualise new features and guide the entire process, from initial idea through implementation
• Contribute to an international product team, taking responsibility for features used by millions of users

Who you are

• Solid understanding of technology, business processes, and functional dependencies
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product responsibility
• Initial hands-on experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus
• Experience in an e-commerce environment is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp different perspectives
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and solution orientation
• Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused way of working
• Practical and up-to-date experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
