• Responsible for monitoring and controlling all costs for the entire duration of the project
• Preparation of operator-side project budgets, in particular FF&E, including liquidity planning, for new construction, conversion and renovation in cooperation with the internal project managers in the specialist department
• Preparation of regular forecasts and target/actual comparisons
• Checking and monitoring tenders, offers and contracts as well as approving invoices, supplements and additional cost claims in the area of FF&E procurement
• Preparation of reports and analyses for management and investors
• Supporting the creation of business cases and project budgets in the pre-development phase as well as analyses and KPI reports
• Setting up and maintaining a cost management and procurement system for recording and tracking project costs (new projects and refurbishment)
• Standardisation and further development of controlling and reporting tools in the specialist area

• Completed studies or training with professional experience in accounting, construction, project management or completed business studies with a focus on finance / controlling or a related field
• Professional experience ideally in project controlling, controlling or similar areas
• Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, structured way of working and good communication skills
• Very confident with MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables) and ideally ERP systems
• Knowledge of USALI and Fairmas an advantage
