Finance > Region NCE > BPM Project Controlling Central
The BPM Sales and Construction Department is in charge of ensuring the right Financial Sales and Construction forecast when it comes to Volumes, profitability and Cash Flow, and also to enhance transparency and improvements of Performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key financial partner to the Construction Department, providing insights and identifying risks to support smart project decisions
- Prepare and contribute to project meetings with detailed analysis on revenue, costs, and cash flow forecasts
- Review project budgets before and after execution to understand variances and gather lessons learned
- Support the budgeting process and monitor monthly performance against key financial indicators
- Drive improvements to financial performance by optimizing processes and increasing efficiency
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with internal controls, compliance, and audit standards
- Higher degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar qualifications
- Relevant experience in Project controlling in international companies
- Demonstrated ability to act as a Business Partner in a complex Project Management environment
- Experienced in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with big data and process digitalization would be valuable
- Proficient analytical skills with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Great communication and collaboration across cross-functional, international teams and all levels
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in process improvements
- Detail-oriented, with readiness to take initiative and effective problem-solving skills
