My client are a leading Food manufacturing business who are going through an exciting period of growth and are now looking for a new SAP HCM specialist to join them and work directly with both their HR and IT divisions as they embrace new technology and projects.

This position will offer a great opportunity to take on dual tasks of SAP HCM Functional ownership and HR/Payroll operations.

Using your skills and knowledge in both areas you will be able to present built for purpose solutions to match the businesses growth and digitalization.

• Dual duties of SAP HCM and HR

• Customizing the SAP HCM System

• Taking part in and running German monthly pay roll

• Consulting with managers/stakeholders on new tools and processes

• Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure accuracy of reporting and full utilisation of system

• Being the interface between IT and HR departments

• 2+ Years experience working as a consultant or key user in SAP HCM

• Knowledge of working and running/supporting a German pay roll

• Strong communication skills between departments and with management

• Ability to research and present on new technology/processes

• Fluent German language skills
