Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

• The Quality Inspector supports the QMiP in implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) on site and executes quality activities in line with PQP and SWP IMS requirements. The role reports functionally to the QMiP.
• Perform quality inspections and verify compliance with PQP and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Assess workmanship and ensure required quality standards
• Identify, report, and investigate non-conformances (NCs)
• Manage NC workflows, documentation, and closure verification
• Support site teams in using the NC management system
• Maintain and verify as-built quality documentation
• Ensure turbine/component traceability through all project phases
• Adhere to and promote EHS standards and procedures
• Report and escalate any NCs with EHS impact to the EHS team
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate findings, lessons learned, and corrective actions to site teams

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and audits
• Experience in non-conformance and process management
• Familiarity with quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, CAPA)
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Advanced English proficiency
