Working Student (w/m/x) New Business Development
Your responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in EMEA New Business Development with a focus on third-party business while strengthening your skills in contract and data governance, structured data management, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to real-world projects such as process optimization, business reviews, and standard operating procedures. All within a supportive environment that fosters your personal and professional growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting contract governance activities by maintaining and updating contract-related information across EMEA
- Being involved in the preparation and coordination of supplier Business Reviews
- Managing data collection and document preparation for business expansion initiatives in close collaboration with regional stakeholders across EMEA
- Contributing to projects aimed at process improvements, sales enablement initiatives
- Performing data analysis and support CRM data quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable sales reporting
- Assisting in organizing meetings and presentations to facilitate smooth project execution and team alignment
Your profil
We are looking for a proactive and motivated student who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow professionally while supporting our international team in daily operations. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Enthusiastic and motivated to support our international team with day-to-day office work.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Able to work in a structured and reliable manner, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional organization and collaborating with regional stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Proactive and result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English (mandatory); German language skills are a plus
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); willingness to learn internal systems, documentation tools, and data management processes
