Working Student (f/m/x) Change & Transformation Projects
Your responsibilities
Support strategic change and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region in collaboration with internal IT, HR and business teams. This is a varied, hands-on role with exposure to real projects and internal stakeholders.Your key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to EMEA change and transformation projects by supporting planning, communication, and implementation activities
- Creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and visuals for project updates, leadership briefings, and internal communications
- Preparing and maintaining training materials, toolkits, and guides to support end-user enablement
- Supporting stakeholder communication by drafting messages, collecting feedback, and preparing meeting content
- Collaborating on structured concepts such as Key User models or communication frameworks
- Taking ownership of small workstreams and project deliverables under guidance
Your profile
You are a proactive and curious student who enjoys working in structured projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders in a multinational context. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Enrolment in a Master’s degree programme in Business, Psychology, Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or a related field
- First practical experience in a corporate, project, or university environment is an advantage
- Strong interest in organisational change, communication, and digital transformation topics
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to visualise information in a clear and professional way
- Confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- High level of reliability, self-organisation, and openness to feedback
