The Fulfillment & Services Team is responsible for all operational and data-related topics within ABOUT YOU’s partner business. This includes reviewing initial partner data, managing operational processes, and steering and optimizing partner assortments based on data insights. The team always keeps an eye on all relevant assortments and actively supports the growth and development of our partner business.

As a Working Student Fashion Product Data Management (m/f/d) , you will support the team in the operational management of our partners. You will be an integral part of key projects and contribute directly to the ongoing development of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

• Support and verification of partner and product data during the onboarding of new partners

• Review and optimization of data quality across partner assortments
• Enrichment and maintenance of product information to ensure data accuracy
• Communication with partners from the fashion industry
• Coordination on assortments with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Handling and resolution of product data-related inquiries

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with partners
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• High level of flexibility, responsibility, and enthusiasm
• First experience in online marketplaces or fashion e-commerce is a plus
