As a working student in the Global Marketing team of our Electrical Systems business unit, which operates within the Automotive industry, you will contribute to the advancement of digitalization and data analytics initiatives in a dynamic international environment. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the digital transformation of the business unit by developing data analytics tools and generating insightful reports
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making
• Create market studies and teardown analyses focused on the Electrical Systems segment in the Automotive sector
• Maintain and enhance the business unit’s SharePoint site as a central hub for internal communication and knowledge sharing
• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal trainings and workshops
• Provide support on various operational tasks and contribute to the team’s day-to-day activities

Your Profile:

• You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a comparable field of study
• You are in at least your third semester of a Bachelor's program or pursuing a Master's degree
• You ideally bring initial experience from internships or working student roles in areas such as Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
• You possess strong technical, analytical, and conceptual skills
• You demonstrate effective communication abilities and assertiveness in a professional environment
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
• Experience with pivot tables, VBA programming, UX design, and/or Microsoft Power BI is advantageous
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is beneficial
