Key Tasks

Onboarding & offboarding:
Ensure a smooth start and finish for new and departing team members -
Employee data management:
Maintain records in our HR tool Personio -
Absences:
Track and document vacation, sick leave, and other absences -
HR administration:
Support with administrative tasks such as preparing certificates -
Recruiting:
Assist in applicant management (e.g., screening applications, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates) -
HR projects:
Conduct research and contribute to initiatives like employer branding and talent development
Your Skills
EDUCATION | Enrolled student in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field – ideally with a focus on HR
EXPERIENCE | Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role is a plus
KEY FEATURES | Strong organizational skills / empathy / self-starter mindset / team player / excellent communication skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS | Proficient in both German and English
