WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As Team Lead in the Java development department, you will join the management team of ten dedicated leaders. You will oversee the technical skills and personal development of eight skilled software engineers while playing a central role in defining the strategic and technical direction for our internal applications.

Your mission is to strengthen and develop the team by providing valuable feedback and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through agile engineering practices. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for our Java internal applications, ensuring they meet architectural guidelines and operate securely and reliably.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of eight software engineers working on backend applications built with Java and Spring Boot, operating within an agile environment based on the SAFe methodology.
• Collaborating across business areas and providing technical guidance to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Implementing JYSK’s leadership principles, focusing on goal orientation and accountability.
• Contributing to JYSK’s sustainability and social responsibility efforts.
