Our team embeds artificial intelligence sustainably into everyday work – pragmatically, securely and with measurable added value. As part of our technical innovation team, you drive the global adoption of our Citizen AI solutions (including Microsoft 365 Copilot): you empower colleagues worldwide, develop scalable AI solutions, build Copilot agents and ensure that initial aha moments turn into established day‑to‑day practice.

You can look forward to

  • Developing practical AI solutions in the Citizen AI environment (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform) – from idea to operation
  • Measuring their impact using relevant KPIs and presenting the results in a target‑group‑appropriate way
  • Designing and managing global adoption programmes for Citizen AI tools via champion networks, learning paths and events with clear success criteria
  • Sharing knowledge through training sessions, enablement guides and clear communication – from the first prompt to the executive update
  • Working closely with our software engineers and data scientists

You come equipped with

  • A completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification with a strong technical focus
  • In-depth understanding of technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning and / or Natural Language Processing
  • Hands-on experience introducing and scaling citizen AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, including governance and security aspects - ideally within the insurance industry or the financial services sector
  • Proven expertise in adoption and change management for digital tools (programmes, champion models, metrics)
  • Proficient user skills in English and conversational German
  • Strong didactic skills and storytelling ability – you make complex topics accessible and motivate
  • You enjoy working in self-organised teams, make decisions by consensus and manage your responsibilities independently
