Aufgaben
Du bringst eine AI-first-Perspektive in große Transformationsprogramme ein, etwa SAP-S/4HANA-Migrationen oder die Einführung von ServiceNow und identifizierst neue Potenziale für Effizienz, Qualität und Automatisierung.
Als Teil eines agilen Entwicklungsteam entwirfst , prototypisierst und implementierst du AI-Lösungen für identifizierte Anwendungsfälle.
Du integrierst moderne AI-Technologien wie LLMs, intelligente Automatisierung oder agentenbasierte Systeme in laufende Transformationsinitiativen .
Dabei bewertest du Machbarkeit und Aufwand, unterscheidest klar zwischen schnell realisierbar, technisch möglich und komplex – und machst diese Einschätzung für Stakeholder transparent.
Du behältst aktuelle AI-Trends im Blick und bringst neue Ideen gezielt in die Transformationslandschaft von enercity ein.

Anforderungen
Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit.
Ein starkes Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung sowie aktuelles Wissen zu Themen wie GenAI , NLP, Prozessautomatisierung, intelligentes Testing oder digitales Lernen zeichnen dich aus.
Du bist mit Cloud-Umgebungen vertraut, insbesondere mit Azure.
Erfahrung im Aufbau von AI- Agents in Low-Code-Umgebungen (z. B. Power Platform , n8n) ebenso wie in Pro-Code-Setups gehört zu deinem Profil.
Idealerweise hast du bereits in großen IT- oder Business-Transformationsprojekten gearbeitet, zum Beispiel im Umfeld von ERP-Systemen wie SAP.
Deine analytischen, konzeptionellen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten erlauben es dir, komplexe AI-Themen klar, strukturiert und überzeugend zu vermitteln.
