Executive Assistant to the Chief Market Officer (CMO)

Your tasks:

  • Executive Support, provide holistic and proactive support to the CMO of HDI Global SE in both strategic activities and daily operational tasks
  • Strategic Analysis, prepare in-depth analyses and presentations on strategic topics to support top-level decision-making
  • Project Leadership, independently manage and lead (sub-)projects, such as Global Management Meetings, OKR planning, cultural transformation and strategic initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement, act as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. board members, direct reports, partners, regulators)
  • Strategic Management, support the sustainable implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the CMO, the management team in our headquarters and locally across the globe

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree (B. Sc. and M. Sc. or similar) or comparable professional experience; advanced qualifications or further specialization (e.g. MBA, PhD) are a plus
  • Experience in corporate development, consulting, or the insurance industry - preferably within the commercial segment - is highly desirable. M&A experience is an added advantage.
  • Leadership potential and the desire to take on leadership roles in the future
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented skills
  • Proactive, result-driven team player with an open, adaptable mindset and strong stakeholder management ability
  • Business fluent English (C2), German and other languages are an advantage
