About the position
As a flexible person (m/f/d/x) in the area of FTTH fibre-optic expansion, you are a central pillar in the successful implementation of future-oriented infrastructure projects. You actively support our team in moving the delivery process forward smoothly, minimizing delays and optimally preparing orders.
Your core tasks:
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours.
You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:
- Solve process blockers: You review and process waiting reasons, initiate the next process steps on your own responsibility and always keep an eye on relevant deadlines
- Communication & coordination: You agree on binding appointments with customers, owners and property managers and resolve any discrepancies with our contractors in a solution-oriented manner
- Documentation & reporting: You check approvals for network expansion, carefully record them in the systems and prepare well-founded reports for project management
- Project support: With your analytical thinking and digital affinity, you actively contribute to constantly optimizing work processes
Must-Have Skills
- Enrollment during studies: Continuing bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business informatics, project management or a comparable degree program
- Safe use of MS Office: Routine use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word for data preparation and documentation
- Strong communication skills & negotiation skills:Confident appearance when coordinating with customers, owners and service providers
- Analytical thinking & comprehension: Quick recording of complex process flows and independent resolution of process blockers
- Structured time management & initiative: Reliable compliance with deadlines and a proactive and independent way of working
- Team spirit & digital affinity: Enjoyment of collaborative project work and enthusiasm for digital tools and processes
- Very good language skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English
Beneficial are
- First practical experience or internships in the area of telecommunications, FTTH fibre-optic expansion or project management
- Basic knowledge of using ticket or CRM systems
- Experience in coordination and communication with external service providers, owners or property managers
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data preparation for reporting)
