What we expect
- Above average master’s degree in engineering or economics
- Minimum two years of experience in a technical or sales environment
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, independent and goal-oriented

- Strong solution and stakeholder orientation, excellent reasoning, and structured thinking
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in German and English
