For our Digital - Business Solutions team we are looking for an Associate Area Digital Engagement Manager (f/m/d). Our team within the Business Solutions department is representing the Group function Digital on area level, acting as a trusted advisor for the countries in developing and executing their local Digital strategy in alignment with the global vision. In regular exchange with various stakeholders, we ensure that Digital serves as a catalyst for innovation within the business, while maintaining a balanced expectation management.
In this role, you will support the facilitat ion and refine ment of the IT strategic planning process, collaborating on a frequent basis with local IT departments across European nations to ensure alignment with the global Digital strategy. Your role will be central to build partnerships with various Digital and Group Functions to identify and initiate strategic initiatives, guiding them from start to successful implementation.
This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the SeniorArea Digital Engagement Manager Europe.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across all levels to foster collaboration and drive digital initiatives
Demand Management: Bridge business needs and technical capabilities by translating diverse requirements into actionable digital solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels
Digital Consultation: Act as the ambassador and trusted advisor towards the countries for the Group Digital product portfolio
Project Coordination: Support and coordinate cross-functional activities between country teams and Group functions
Strategic Alignment: Ensure local IT strategies across Europe align with the global Digital roadmap
YOUR PROFILE
Fluent in English; knowledge in German or other languages would be an advantage
Have a high affinity for innovation and ability to understand technological concepts quickly
Strong intercultural competence with a high commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to understand business goals and tackle challenges with creative solutions
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
