Lenovo Services Sales Executive for Digital Workplace & Data Center Solutions

As a One Lenovo Services Sales Executive for Digital Workplace and Data Center Solutions you will be responsible for driving services and solutions in our Enterprise and Public Sector segments.
You will report to the Solutions & Services Group EPS Leader for DACH.
What You will do:
- Provide specialist support to Account Management teams and own customer relationships.
- Build and lead high-performing solution design teams for customer and Lenovo value.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive new and existing account revenue.
- Focus on large digital workplace & data center deals, leveraging full Lenovo portfolio.
- Identify and qualify opportunities with account teams.
- Develop strong executive-level client relationships and understand business needs.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure smooth handoff to solution & delivery teams.
- Act as liaison for Sales, Partners, Stakeholders, and Lenovo executives.
- Ensure all opportunities meet deal governance, profitability, and growth strategy goals.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years selling professional/managed services (DaaS, workplace, data center).
- Skilled in territory/account management, pipeline creation, and opportunity qualification.
- Strong presentation and pitching ability across CXO, technical, and finance audiences.
- Trusted advisor and thought leader in IT transformation.
- Proven track record in leading large IT consulting, pre/post-sales, or build projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lenovo’s solutions, industry strategies, and products.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale deals; security/sustainability sales a plus.
