About the Role:

Are you passionate about people and science? We are seeking a Scientific Recruitment Specialist who brings both recruitment know-how and scientific insight to the table. This role is especially suited for someone with a background in, or familiarity with the natural sciences, ideally in the biomedical field, who understands how to identify promising early-career researchers and translate complex research profiles into impactful recruitment outcomes.

Your Responsibilities :

• Design and execute scientifically informed sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates for our new research projects.
• Identify and approach exceptional early-career researchers through active sourcing and outreach.
• Communicate project goals and institute culture in response to inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with project leaders and the support team to align recruiting and hiring strategies.
• Support our employer branding initiatives with a deep appreciation for our mission and scientific impact.

Core Competencies :

• A post-graduate degree in biomedicine, biotechnology, bioinformatics, computational biology, neuroscience, immunology, oncology, or any field related to our research areas.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with academic researchers in the biomedical space and understand their career trajectories as well as a genuine passion for talent acquisition and early-career development.

Preferred Competences:

• Familiarity with international hiring practices and visa procedures is desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in scientific or technical domains, are beneficial.
