Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage significant transformation projects within Voith, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

• Act as a Performance or Restructuring Manager within Operating Units, collaborating directly with management to drive performance improvement measures, restructuring initiatives and to ensure target achievement.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various units.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the board, senior management and other key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in performance management and restructuring efforts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategy or restructuring consulting, with a proven track record of leading large projects and teams.

• Operational experience as the head of an operational unit, plant or legal entity.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a dynamic and communicative approach.

• Demonstrated experience in performance improvements or restructuring and achieving sustainable business results.

• Results-driven, open and proactive in engaging directly with managers of various units, fostering collaboration and driving change.
