We are committed to driving transformation and performance at Voith. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (m|w|d) of Performance Management to join our Corporate Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage significant transformation projects within Voith, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Act as a Performance or Restructuring Manager within Operating Units, collaborating directly with management to drive performance improvement measures, restructuring initiatives and to ensure target achievement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various units.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the board, senior management and other key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in performance management and restructuring efforts.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in strategy or restructuring consulting, with a proven track record of leading large projects and teams.
Operational experience as the head of an operational unit, plant or legal entity.
Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a dynamic and communicative approach.
Demonstrated experience in performance improvements or restructuring and achieving sustainable business results.
Results-driven, open and proactive in engaging directly with managers of various units, fostering collaboration and driving change.
