We are a leading international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics projects. We are currently executing a major logistics complex as part of a petrochemical development, involving collaboration between our engineering office in Germany and the on-site team in Kazakhstan. Your Tasks:
- Compile and issue client invoices per contract milestones/progress; assemble support for each phase of the EPC.
- Track approvals, reconcile with Finance; resolve queries with client.
- Align billing with cost/progress data; ensure tax/VAT and documentation compliance.
- Maintain invoice archive and audit trail; support cash flow forecasting.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; 3+ years of invoicing experience in EPC or construction environments.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills; high accuracy, attention to documentation, and solid understanding of contracts.
- Professional communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, or German is a plus.
