We are offering an exciting internship opportunity at our Hennigsdorf site to support the X80 project management office. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of project management and gain hands-on experience in a global organisation.

Your Role

As a Project Management Office Assistance Intern, you will attend Project Core Team (PCT) meetings and contribute to the smooth running of project activities. You will assist the Project Manager and team with coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks, while learning key project management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the project team, including meeting scheduling, preparing minutes, and managing documentation.

· Assist in tracking project progress, updating plans, and maintaining dashboards.

· Learn and use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint).

· Support maintaining risk, savings and opportunity registers, issue logs, and tracking follow-up actions.

· Facilitate communication and coordination between production sites (China and Germany) and the customer site (Sweden).
