To strengthen our Ward 42 team, we are looking for a full-time Ward Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

Assumption of management and organizational responsibility

Accompanying and caring for our patients during examinations and their stay, including the associated documentation

Preparation and follow-up of multidisciplinary interventions according to current nursing standards and guidelines

Target- and employee-oriented personnel management and development as well as personnel deployment planning

Planning and organization of the daily workflow

Coordination of workflows with the aim of process optimization

Participation in the development and implementation of future-oriented projects on the ward

Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)

Ideally several years of professional experience in nursing

Initial experience in a managerial role desirable

Willingness to work in a collegial manner with other professional groups

You are convincing on a personal level and have the ability to integrate and cooperate

You have strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups and patients

Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness as well as a high level of organizational skills are among your strengths

The Helios Klinik Herzberg/Osterode is a modern basic and standard care hospital and an academic teaching hospital of the Georg-August University of Göttingen.
