Your mission
- 1st and 2nd level support for multimedia, audiovisual, meeting room, and collaboration technologies
- Provide technical support for corporate and executive events
- Operate audio, video, presentation, and streaming technologies
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration solutions
- Coordinate technical setup, testing, and event readiness
- Ensure reliable live technical support during events
- Maintain multimedia equipment and technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Drive continuous improvement of multimedia services.
Your talent
- Successfully completed studies or vocational training in IT, audiovisual technology, media technology, event technology, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in multimedia, audiovisual, or event technology support.
- Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual systems, video conferencing, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and presentation technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and collaboration technologies
- Practical experience supporting corporate events, hybrid events, executive meetings, town halls, and live productions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly in time critical situations
- High level of service orientation with a strong focus on user and event experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Flexible and willing to support events outside standard business hours when required
- Motivated to continuously learn new multimedia, audiovisual, and collaboration technologies
- Fluent in German or English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
