Während des 18- bis 24-monatigen Programms arbeitest Du an operativen Standorten, lernst verschiedene Business Units kennen und wirkst in strategischen Projekten mit.
• Frühe Verantwortung: Von Anfang an übernimmst Du Verantwortung für eigene Aufgaben und Projekte und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zum Erfolg unserer Teams.
• Internationale Perspektiven: Optional kannst Du eine Station außerhalb Deutschlands absolvieren und internationale Erfahrungen innerhalb des Rhenus Netzwerks sammeln.
• Gezielte Weiterentwicklung: Regelmäßige Entwicklungsdialoge, ein strukturiertes Mentoring sowie Trainings unterstützen Deine fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung.
• Starkes Netzwerk: Du wirst Teil unserer Trainee Community und knüpfst frühzeitig Kontakte zu Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Corporate Functions, operativen Einheiten sowie unterschiedlichen Divisionen und Projekten.
• Flexibles Programm mit Standortvielfalt: Mögliche Einsätze können unter anderem in unseren Corporate Standorten in Hilden oder Holzwickede stattfinden. Gleichzeitig setzen wir eine hohe Mobilität und Bereitschaft voraus, während des Programms auch andere relevante Rhenus Standorte im In- und Ausland kennenzulernen.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder eine Ausbildung sind von Vorteil.
• Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken und eine offene, professionelle Kommunikation.
• Die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Teams bereitet Dir Freude.
• Du bringst eine hohe Mobilität und Flexibilität für wechselnde Einsatzorte mit.

• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or vocational training.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a confident communication style.
• Interest in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
• High flexibility and willingness to work across different locations.
